My latest interview on the NSW government Managed Retreat plans, the influential corporate think tanks who influence policy, and where I think this is headed. This short video showcases how government or funded private bodies run "community consultation" sessions to get a "rough consensus" in the room. This is important to get up to speed on. I've been writing lately about the NSW Govt Disaster Mitigation Plan, this documents widespread managed retreat (forcing you off your land due to climate change modelling), uninsurable homes, sky rocketing insurance, paying for disaster infrastructure through higher Council rates etc. To get enough of the public to agree to this, government will start rolling out disaster planning workshops in your town. Please keep an eye out for them. If you don't go a group of people will tick off on something that will effect you. If you do go you need to get coordinated, or you will be shamed and peer group pressured. Listen to Rosa Koire (author- Behind the Green Mask) talk about the "consensus" method used. Then listen to a resident of Kapiti (NZ town where managed retreat is imminent) at a "Community Values" workshop. The man she asks if he is trying to intimate her is ex NZ Prime Minister from 1990-1997. I want to encourage people to keep their eyes on these workshops coming to your town, get together with a group of people prior and form a strategy. Managed Retreat- sounds like a holiday, right? It's actually where you are forced to leave your property due to climate change modelling, which compounds risks until you are left in the position where: - You can't afford to pay your home insurance - You can't get insurance - Your house has a warning on a housing certificate, so when you try to sell no one will buy it (besides for corporations). - The government can take your land, do what they want with the land and then sell it. - The private corporations who have our infrastructure contracts will determine which towns and areas they will update infrastructure in. - The public are expected to pay for the disaster infrastructure costs (IPART is mentioned- council rates etc.) - The public are expected to cover the costs of the managed retreat plans. - They will start soon with localised propaganda campaigns. - The Central Coast is identified as the number 1 Local Government area at risk of climate change. The NSW Disaster Migration Plan was released last week, this ties in with the 6 Cities Plan which affects from above Newcastle, the Hunter, Central Coast, Sydney, Wollongong and out West to the Blue Mountains. It has implications for 6 million people. Mid 2025 the NSW government will release its Managed Retreat policy. There are a number of think tanks behind these plans- partnering with the WEF and/ or established by Rockefeller. Article in comments which outlines the partnerships and implications. The question to ask is- do you trust the big corporations to be leading government by the nose? Do you trust the big corporations to ascertain whether you are allowed to stay in your home or not?
